How to Track Your Order
We understand that getting your parcel on time is important to you. That’s why we offer a tracking number with every purchase to provide that peace of mind.
To access your tracking number, simply check your email at the address you provided during checkout. Enter the number provided into the Australia Post link below

You will be able to track your parcel in real time, once the order has been picked up from our Perth distribution centre.

Express Shipping
Sometimes the need for new Mephisto’s can’t wait! Mephisto offers express shipping on all purchases delivering within Australia for an extra $20 at checkout. If you are interested in express shipping please contact our friendly Customer Care Team at customercare@mephisto.com.au.
Unfortunately, express shipping is not offered internationally.

Lost or Stolen Parcels
Mephisto acknowledges receiving a late or absent order can be stressful. To make this process as easy as possible, before contacting Customer Care please check your parcels’ status by entering your tracking number into the Australia Post website above.
