If you need guidance and information on how to perform an exchange or refund through Mephisto, please read below.

 

Extended Online RETURNS POLICY

All orders placed on or after the 26th of March are eligible to return their items up to 60 days after delivery. 

If your purchase was not to your original liking, sizing or preference, you are more than welcome to return it to our Perth distribution centre for an exchange or refund.

To return an item bought online it must satisfy the following conditions: 

  • Item must be returned in as-new condition
  • Item must be returned within 60 days of delivery
  • Item must be returned with all tags still attached and in original packaging (if item is returned in damaged packaging a $15 repackaging fee will be charged)
  • Item must be unworn and unused

 Please note, for hygiene and sanitation reasons, the following products cannot be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind or incorrect fit.

  • Shoe care products
  • Sockettes
  • Innersoles

 

Refunds for Afterpay purchases

Unfortunately, Mephisto does not provide refunds for purchases made with Afterpay.

However, we are more than happy to provide an exchange. If you find an item to exchange of lesser value, Mephisto will provide a credit note for the remainder amount to be used for another purchase.

If you cannot find anything that is to your immediate liking, we will provide a credit note equal to the purchase amount.

How to post your return item

Mephisto makes returning items via post super easy! If your items comply with the above conditions, then complete the following steps.

 

  1. Fill out a return form

All return forms can be found in the back of the invoice attached to your parcel. If you cannot find yours, please download a copy here.

The return form will ask you to specify the shoe being returned, the reason for return, whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. All of this information helps our Customer Care Team in processing your return in a timely fashion.

If you have a shoe in mind that you would like to exchange your purchase for, we highly recommend that you purchase this shoe now to avoid missing out. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold stock for customers wishing to exchange.

 

  1. Download an Australia Post return postage label

To assist you in your return, Mephisto offers a flat rate $11.65 return postage label. To download this label, please click the link below and fill out your details correspondingly.

  1. Attach your return label

Once you have correctly filled out all return forms, simply attach your return postage label to the front of the post satchel your parcel was delivered in and drop off to your local post office!

Please be aware, damaged parcels as a result of postage return labels stuck to the front will incur a $15 repackaging fee.

 

  1. Processing your return 

Once your return has been delivered to Mephisto’s distribution centre, our diligent Customer Care Team will process your order.
